    It's a win-win-win situation. What's the problem?
Whats the problem? Hmmmmmm. I live here. Problem one. I dont like Mexicans. Problem two. I am very well armed. Problem three. My friends and neighbors are very well armed. Problem four. California is not for sale. Problem five. Mexico don't want us. Problem six.

How could Mexico pay for it?

    LMAO...it wasn't a serious question.

But, I will always say this about California: California is one of the most beautiful areas of the world, but it is made absolutely intolerable by the governing body.

Using the premise, why not trade Arizona for Mexico's oil. Oceanfront property is valuable and we really don't need the price of Chinese goods going up because of increased Panamanian tolls.
