Are Romney's undisclosed taxes equally relavant to Obama's college records?

Are Ronmey's undisclosed tax returns equal in importance to Obama's college records?

This has been posted several times by others and me. When the IRS catches somebody usually is usually offered amnesty. For the offence that is being mentioned most often the IRS offered amnesty and lower fines if he and the people that did his taxes would correct the return and pay a fine. No law enforcement agency involved. This is typical, not an exception.

Fine plus interest. But I believe the voluntary disclosure for 2009 cut a special rate deal on the interest. Big incentive to come forth. Less interest and no jail! Yeehaw!

I got a question, what about this topic makes people think they are experts?

That is what I've read and I think it was CNN that had an expert on that also said effectively 'voluntary disclosure for 2009 cut a special rate deal on the interest'; and, added that noone would know since it would only show on the amended return.

They don't think they are experts, they just have to arrange their facts so that they align with their beliefs. I've even seen this in design engineering. It's how some people are.

I would guess under the freedom of information act you could at least learn if the IRS has filed against Romney. There is no proof. So it remains speculation. Can you honestly say that over the last 10 years that it would never make the press that the IRS is going after a politician like Romney? That there would never be a leak of charges being filed? Speculate on.
 
The Elites are playing both sides against the middle. By Romney picking this extremist VP, they ensure Obamas position is secure. Pro war/ Daddy War bucks/ Industrialists/Elites don't care who wins, they corrupt both parties. Both candidates will keep wars for oil going for the defense industry goons.

I agree, no charges were ever filed with any prosecutor. Again, the IRS is allowed to ask if the citizen would like to redo their taxes and pay a penalty, like a late fee, or would they prefer to speak with a prosecutor from the Justice Department. The only document that has information on the citizen amending his tax filing is the amended tax filing. I didn’t know those were available using the freedom of information act.

I have to add that my understanding of what the IRS does in cases where it thinks the citizen has not 'correctly' filed, i.e. offers to not prosecute if the citizen pays. This is accepted by the citizen almost 100% of the time.

Then why did Romney pick such an extremist VP knowing the seniors and other voters would backlash against any mention of Ryans Social Security plans?

Indeed. Unless it went to court, there would be no public record. This seems to elude a great many people here.

They don't think they are experts, they just have to arrange their facts so that they align with their beliefs. I've even seen this in design engineering. It's how some people are.

It's amazing that still exists in the day of instant information. It really bothers me how people don't check what they say before they post it. What is even worse is those who are repetitively proven wrong post the same crap over and over again.
