THAT is an extreme method of thinking if have ever heard it.

It seems to imply that black people are always right..... and if they aren't involved, then someone must be wrong.
No Caine....that isn't what I am saying....I am saying that the GOP has embraced the ultra-right wing social agenda, which is not supported by people of color.

I hate to break it to you, but speaking about race does not always equate to racism. You are just being overly sensitive and jumping to that conclusion.

I agree. I think most educated people can follow along and see that I was not arguing racism. I was arguing extremism. You have a good day.

Look at how many Republicans have ran under that banner.

And...Caine....these are not just individuals "going to eat at a fast food place". A person that went to CFA on this date, solely to eat and not make a political statement, would have looked at the lines and went elsewhere (CFA's food is not so good that people would wait in a line like that). No....these people were there to make a political statement...which is their right to do and I support their right to make whatever statement they want, whether I agree with it or not.....

Is it just mere chance that not a single person of color appears in any of the photos for an event that was by and large created and promoted by right-wing media? I would say no.

Most, if not the vast majority of right-wing media listeners are Republican voters. I think its pretty safe to say that the GOP and right-wing media do not appeal to people of color...which is why there are none in any of the photos. That's not racism. I've never said nor do I believe that the GOP drove out people of color because they are racist....its their extreme views that have driven them away.
Yes, personal responsibility and limited government intervention into the financial affairs of others is SOOOO extreme.

Many blacks agree with alot of the social policies of the GOP (religious issues), just not the fiscal ones.

Thus my obligatory condemnation of White supremacy will now be in every post, lest I be accused of supporting it because I didn't mention it specifically every time I post.

GASP, those people at Chick-fil-A are WHITE! It's the evil color! WAIT, instead let's say it's NOT a color, to make them feel even worse, COLORLESS! *Swoon*

Man.... When I go fishing this coming weekend, I had better not stay at a fishing hole if there is no black present there...... It must be a place only the "extremists" go.

Since Ive never seen a black dude go skeet shooting....... it must be an extremist sport......

Can't do anything if I haven't seen a black person doing it....

Is it hard living in such a politically correct world.?

That is true, but it is not just one issue that has alienated many persons of color from the GOP. That is something that I referred to early on in the discussion.

However, I would disagree with "personal responsibility" and "limited government" being platforms of the GOP. The GOP of today has become very pro-big brother, anti-personal choice and responsibility....and despite all the talk about "limited government", the GOP is very much a pro big government party.

Caine....you are being so completely intellectually dishonest here. You are better than that. Generally you don't jump the gun to such measures. I've always found you to be someone who I may not agree with, but at least engage in an honest conversation with, without bending and twisting what I said.

Can you say that you've gone a little off the deep end? I'll let my words speak for themselves and lets just leave it at that.

Im trying to point out that you are way off base bringing the issue of skin color into this debate.

I will have alot more respect for you if you can admit maybe YOU were the one who jumped the gun on this.

Do I need to pull up the video of the black guy who became famous because he told everyone to hide their kids and wife, who is gay, who still enjoys Chick-Fil-A and believes that the president has a right to have an opinion too?

EDIT: Antwaun Dodson I think is his name...
