Section 1021 of the NDAA targeted Americans and was enjoined by a federal judge from becoming law. It was an attempt to remove our right to trial and gave them the right to detain Americans indefinitely and without charge if they were deemed a possible "terrorist". The definition of who that might be was so broad that it basically meant anyone who disagreed with them. This is a grave transgression against the American people and yet, incredibly. there has been no charges filed, or even an impeachment. In a nutshell, if you are a patriot who stands up for your rights, you are now a terrorist. Here is the question: In this context, who are the REAL terrorists?
