    I'm not religiously-bent, and don't tend to view the history of nations as sinful, so to me, it's not really a matter of America's greatest sin. Our biggest mistake, imo, was bringing slaves over.

    no one can honestly believe that the commerce clause was an end around the tenth amendment or was designed to grant the federal government the power to regulate drugs or small arms

    You believe that the new deal is "unconstitutional"? Sure parts of it were, but were struck down by the supreme court. But the new deal that was empowered was not.

    I believe the CC was never designed to allow everything from the war on drugs to Title VII to bans on machine guns made after May 19 1986
