I would never be out of jail. I am bigger than most people and trust me, they know it. If they don't, they do now

Me too. I mean when you're bigger and stronger than someone you have to make sure they understand you know?

Everyone can't be intimidating. Some people have to be intimidated, or the first group wouldn't have anything to do.

I voted a little more than half.

Silly premise...it'd be kind of like saying "if being handsome were a crime.."

My dad has a very intimidating premise, but he doesn't intentionally try to intimidate people. Something beyond his control, especially void of physical action, should not be a conviction worthy offense.

To be fair, people should be matured to deal with passive intimidation. I agree with your father being innocent.

Actually I don't do it on purpose, normally, and I'm not really huge or anything. Wide shoulders but barely more than avg height. It just happens.

I'll walk into a store and the cashier will look at me, and I'll see his/her eyes go wide and other "Fear reaction" body language as I approach, even though I'm not doing anything on purpose. When I notice this I will always smile as wide as I can and say something friendly so they know I mean them no harm. This often provokes a sudden "relief" reaction, loosening of the shoulders, deep breath and so on.

Other times, some men draw up to their full height and glare at me, just because I walked by.

Cops notice me and look me over when I'm in the area. I went in this one convenience store, and there was a guy standing there half-hidden by a rack of snacks. The instant I walked in he looked at me and we locked eyes, and while I couldn't explain why I mentally labeled him "dangerous man". He kept watching me as if he felt the same vice-versa.
I walked slightly further in and saw the lower half of him, and saw his Sheriff's dept badge and sidearm on his belt... I nodded at him as I mentally reclassified him as "nonthreat"; he nodded back and thereafter ignored me.

Apparently it is something in my body language and/or expression; probably something I picked up back in my LE days without realizing it, like what some people call "Cop Eye".

It is actually kind of annoying sometimes. Occasionally I feel like saying "Hey, calm down, I'm not going to eat you," or something of that sort. :

Let's not forget about mental intimidation. I am by no means a big guy, so instead I have to let my intellect do the talking. It is surprising easily to intimidate others with just your brain power.
    Hail to the King baby!
