Your endorsement of Andrew Jackson, I presume. Ironic you don't think most should be allowed to vote.

Re: Is Mitt Romney a Liberal?

I have to take the Romney-Bot at his (most recent) word. He is promising a "Sever Conservitive" agenda if elected. He knows how to create (offshore or if you prefer out sourced) jobs. He likes firing people. He want's to kick people off "ObamaCare" on Day one, which will be a busy day for him, if elected, as there a whole bunch of stuff he wants to eliminate on Day One.

Washington (CNN) If he wins the presidency, Mitt Romney will be a busy man as soon as he arrives at the White House.

In two of his latest ads, both titled "Day One," Romney lays out an ambitious agenda for his first 24 hours in the Oval Office.

Follow the Ticker on Twitter: @PoliticalTicker

The second "Day One" spot vows a "President Romney" would begin cutting the deficit, "stand up to China" on trade and begin ending what the ad calls "job-killing" regulations on businesses. Add all of that to the promises Romney made in the first ad: approve the Keystone Pipeline, start the push for tax cuts and initiate the end of "Obamacare."

No such thing as being a little pregnant, Huh.
Well as a lefty, his tax policy, anti-abortion, anti regulation policy, Chicken Hawk war mongering, & general pro-wealth, anti working class posture ("Ryan Plan is fantastic".) excludes him from being a liberal or even moderate.

you know Tigger-I have very little use for many so called liberal values which I believe are better termed reactionary parasitic statist but to make a claim that Liberals don't have standards is just plain STUPID

many of them actually believe that a bigger government that redistributes income helps people. Many of them believe that keeping people free from religious based bigotry (an area where I guess I am a "liberal") is good. And I can easily support the standards of saying gays should be treated the same as the rest of us-be it in military services or benefits accruing to their "significant others"

Re: Is Mitt Romney a Liberal?

The mere existence of this question speaks volumes, as does the fact that lefties regard him with humor while righties hurl invectives his way. Mitt is, of course, neither. Nor anything in between.

So what captures the essence of such a drifting, toxic, shape-shifting, manure-spewing, transparent invertebrate?

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the illustrated Romney:

Re: Is Mitt Romney a Liberal?

No. Romney is not a liberal because Romney is inherently nothing.

Romney will say and do anything to be President. He has no beliefs other than he should be President.

sort of sounds like most of the politicians these days. Romney has never engaged in the bash the rich BS that Obama is banking on to buy the votes of the envious, the wannabes and the never wills
