Who will be the Democratic nominee in 2016?

This poll is not about who you would prefer, but rather who you believe will be the Democratic Presidential nominee.

I think Andrew Cuomo has set himself up pretty well. We're still so far out it could be pretty much anyone though.

If she goes for it, Hillary, as it stands now, could well be the nominee.

This is the important stuff. We canít get lost in discrimination. We canít get lost in B.S. We canít get lost tearing each other down. I want to make a point here that no matter what you look like, where you come from, how you worship, who you love, how you identify, and yeah, how you run, that if you have good public policy ideas, if you are well qualified for office, bring those ideas to the table, because this is your America, too. This is our commonwealth of Virginia, too.

2016 is so far away, I cannot even begin to think of who would run. I can say this, the Democrats will need some new people to put up against strong GOP contenders.

Assuming she can survive her election this calendar year, Elizabeth Warren could be a prime contender. As a whole, however, the democratic party seems to be lacking in "fresh blood" type candidates with national aspirations. Could be wrong, but that's just my perspective.

There's no telling. Chances are excellent that it'll be nobody on the list, and instead be a name from left field. In 2002, would Sarah Palin be on anyone's DP poll list as a possible veep? Nope. Nobody heard of her.

Whoever it is, they'll need a hell of a campaign to beat the Republican incumbent.

Can't really predict this far out.

I'd like to see Hillary, or Cuomo though.

Cuomo will be it. President Obama will support his candidacy, and he will win.
