I had a guy I worked with for 12 yrs...everyday you could see the pain in his eyes. He was married 4 kids great family. He suffered from unrelenting migraines from ever since he could remember, he NEVER got any relief and nothing worked for him. Up until he committed suicide in 92 he had tried every single remedy out there and even experimental treatments.
He left a not to his wife and children...apologizing and saying he just couldnt take any more.

MIGRAINES can be horrific, im for anything that even remotely has a chance to give chronic sufferers relief

All drugs should be legal. The War on Drugs is a colossal failure that does nothing but fund the drug cartels and drain billions from tax payers.

No, but some seem to be saying that if something is "natural" that means it should go unregulated.

Crack, bath salts, and synthetic marijuana (which can cause overdose deaths) would not exist if not for the War on Drugs. It doesn't matter how dangerous a drug is, or how bad the aggregated consequences are, when you make that drug illegal you make it more dangerous, not less. And non-doctors telling doctors what they can and cannot prescribe in the legitimate practice of medicine is absolutely absurd on its face.

Psilocybin mushrooms should not be legalized as a headache treatment.

Psilocybin mushrooms should be legalized as a recreational drug.

Let people who want to get high get high.
Also, we need to legalize recreational drugs and prostitution.

I would gargle Drano if it were proven to stamp out these headaches.

Maybe legalize it for both purposes?

    Totally disagree..
If this mushroom only works on 1% of headache sufferers, then they MUST be made legal, and controlled of course...
I can see absolutely zero recreation in any "recreational drug"...but, they MUST be legal, taxed, and controlled...by the right people.

The last thing we need is more people getting high and eating people's face off [Florida]...
    A rather selfish outlook IMO.
Believe me, If I suffered from severe headaches and aspirin or Motrin were not effective, I'd kill for these "magic mushrooms"..And of course, this type of medicine (like using Drano) must be controlled by the medical profession..

In my younger days I did alot of drugs, now that I'm semi old I wouldn't take acid or snort coke or do meth etc but I would definitely eat peyote or shrooms if I could get them. Both those naturally occurring substances were nothing but pleasurable and even though I'm kind of a health nut now I don't think they harm you in the least, mentally or physically, in fact I think they open some doors on a metaphysical level.
