I suggest you complain then, to the "Distorters"...as they are the folks "Lying".

The AD is simply using them, not creating them.

If the add is utilizing distortions to make a point it is also distorting the truth...the people creating the ad are culpable for the information they choose to endorse and distribute.

Lies and distortions are always fair in politics. But you know that of course. Using the words of politicians in his own party is more effective way to lie and distort.
It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

You go on about good companies then jump right into similar but bad, never making a point, but complaining. That is pretty much a rant.

Yes, very fair to use words of other Republicans, or anyone else for that matter. The debate on this needs to continue until the whole truth on venture capital is explained enough for ‘most’ of the electorate to understand (if this is possible). If not the premise of VC will remain like some boogie man which pols will continue to instill fear/hate in the electorate.

It is also fair to analyze, not ‘attack’, Bain’s record for the same reason above. If Bain broke the law this needs to be uncovered. If not they need to be described for what they are and move on.

This is almost identical to what I was going to say.

If the the people creating the ad knew that it was using distortions, then they are also guilty of spreading misinformation. It's neither fair nor ethical and not a style I would endorse.

If Obama had been a good president he could basically ignore Romney. He could just run on his record if his record was one to be proud of. The fact that he feels the need to destroy Romney speaks volumes; even Obama thinks his presidency has been an abject failure.

What politician, political group, or pac has never spread misinformation? The fact that they are in the 'business' that they are in just about always means they are guilty of such things.

I didn't say it wasn't allowed or was illegal but if we're going to complain about the lack of character in our candidates, then we shouldn't support tactics that are reflective of their poor quality.

I've always thought that for people to say "politics are dirty and if you don't play the game you can't win" is a big cop out. You don't have to be a saint, nor a crumb-bum either.

If someone does something rotten and after being called on it says, "well they did it first" that doesn't excuse them from culpability.
