Is there such a thing as anti-white racism?

And exactly what are those "biologically real" differences between the races?

Bro.... relax... the country is flipping because white people are only 49.5% of the population as of last week...

I'm gonna sit here and chew bubblegum and watch racists cannibalize themselves...

Blacks in the U.S. are generally descendants of sub Saharan Africans.
So that's not entirely meaningless.
It can help with disease detection, treatment and prevention.

Telling people that race isn't biological is stupid, in my opinion, because most people don't know the difference between the different definitions.
Then they take it as "racist" when you say that it does exist.

That's why I say it's pc garbage.

Actually, it's science, which explains why a libertarian would consider if pc garbage

That some diseases are highly correlated with certain *ethnicities* does not make race "biologically" real of meaningful. If you want to claim differently, then please specify exactly what the biological difference is between members of one race and members of another race.

Dey looks brown...

dey is anudder race...

There are biological races in the human species. They just aren't distinguished by things like skin color. In fact, two people of the same skin color can be of completely different races.

In that case, please do explain for us what does distinguish one race from another.

the boxes on college or civil service applications:mrgreen:

This question is like asking "Is the sky blue?" "Is grass green?" .... such a simple answer and yet some people still argue the other way.

As for the poll, before I answer, I think we should agree on the meaning of the word racism:

The definition of racism is controversial both because there is little scholarly agreement about what the word "race" means, and because there is also little agreement about what does and doesn't constitute discrimination.

(snip)

Some sociologists have defined racism as a system of group privilege.

Racism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

How we define the word changes whether it was or not. This example seems more like prejudice to me.

If you want to play definition games, I'd rather have you on the NO side with 99percenter and Wiggens. So please vote NO.

Rightwing science - if they don't even apply to college or for a civil service job, then they have no race

that flew so far over your head you didn't hear it flap.

Who knows? Nobody is bothering to study it. Maybe different hair follicles. Maybe the amount of enamel on your teeth.

I see. You know that race is real, but you can't tell us what it is or how to determine it

Sounds like a pretty good description of libertarianism.

Nice dig. Only I understand the science and apparently you do not. So...I'll just feel sorry for you an move on.

racism is racism.its color doesnt differ.

Yes, you understand the "science" so well that you're sure that race exists even though you can't explain what it is

I can define race, I simply don't know the parameters of race within the human species.

I know. That's why I posted it. I was very surprised when I learned some people thing there's no anti-white racism when I've seen such obvious examples of it. I think the whole "it's not racism unless it's institutional" was a cop-out designed to somehow prove that only whites are ever racist. I heard someone say, "Racism is a white phenomenon." That's such nonsense.

I experienced racism in school in Hawaii over and over. It was blatant. It was obvious. It was supported by the school, so it was even institutional racism.

Then you agree there is not racism in the world, and blacks have been complaining about nothing for hundreds of years.
