Sex with someone without consent is illegal, consent can not and is not given in advance when it comes to sex. Notice the laws regarding people who become to drunk to """"", and charges against those who try. Sex with corpses will not be mainstream no matter how much you want it to be, consent can not have been given and as such a crime committed. Much in the same way as animals. Oh gosh, I'm posting on this thread. We don't need to codify polygamy with laws. Just keep marriage between two people. They could be two women in a polygamous group. It gives the group the same coverage that two people married have. If one dies, marry the third, inheritance etc. are covered. I bet this is happening now. If there are four there could be two legal marriages, etc. This needn't be complicated.

Public nudity lands people on "sex offender" lists, and that's way too politically popular to fix.

Prostitution is probably the best alternative that should have been on the list.

I don't see public nudity being legal tomorrow, but it's tame compared to other items listed in the poll question.
 
By the way public nudity will get you on the sex offender list if you are a male.

If you're a female, the worst that can happen is a citation for indecent exposure or disorderly conduct.
