On second thought, I'd say Nazi Germany.
Why? cause I surely would have done my utmost best to kill that son of a bitch, Adolf Schiklegruber.

"The central belief of every moron is that he is the victim of a mysterious conspiracy against his common rights and just desserts.'
H.L Mencken

Thats precisely what I was stating the holocaust and the jews they slaughtered...others were killied during war....americans killed civilians and so did the rest of europe and anyone in the war...the nazis targeted selected and slaughtered....but the total isnt important...its the mentality that allowed them to be able to do that....

Germany. I'm tall, blonde and blue-eyed, I'd survive the government.
"Strength is the first virtue. That is not a pleasant fact. Its distastefulness does not alter the truth that without strength to protect them, all other virtues are ephemeral, ultimately meaningless"

The question isn't really specific. NAZI Germany had a range of overarching policies that existed throughout the period of NAZI rule, whereas the USSR under Stalin had no such thing. Life in the USSR was completely different between, say, 1929 and 1939, or even 1929 and 1935.
The level of persecution, the general welfare of the citizenry, the freedom of expression, the extent of the secret police, pretty much everything changed significantly in very short periods of time throughout Stalin's rule, so it's not really a valid comparison.
"I do not claim that every incident in the history of empire can be explained in directly economic terms. Economic interests are filtered through a political process, policies are implemented by a complex state apparatus, and the whole system generates its own momentum."

Easy, nazi germany would be better.
The chance of getting killed is probably higher in Soviet, especially for a non-communist like me. Also, you could leave Nazi germany, it was illegal to leave soviet. You could pick your own job in Nazi Germany. In Soviet, you got allocated a job. Also, the standard of living was far superior in Nazi Germany.
You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself. That is something you have charge of. ~Jim Rohn
Don't expect to build up the weak by pulling down the strong. ~Calvin Coolidge
The Nazis would have killed me for being a Jew.
The Soviets would have killed me for being a Jew.
Even if I wasn't a Jew, I would have demanding democacy & freedom in the USSR, so they would have killed me.
