Now that Romney has finally 'sealed the deal' as the GOP nominee, I've still noticed a large hesitation from the Republican base to truly embrace him; yet he still has been winning the majority of delegates in the primaries. It has been unclear to me whether he is really the best candidate in the primaries or is he merely the most appealing in the general elections and the GOP has to settle with him for a chance to beat Obama?

So with that, I'm hoping to see how everyone feels on the matter. Personally I'm indifferent to Romney as a nominee and feel he lacks presidential charisma, but what do you think?
