I believe that two consenting adults should be able to engage in a sex for cash transaction as long as it is regulated. I don't believe the govt should be able to make that decision for me.

You didn't give me an answer as to how this transaction harms you...you keep saying you did,yet you didn't...so, nows your big chance...you gonna embrace it or punt again?

I have read how you feel about it, and that you don't think the government should be able to make that decision for you. This really isn't much of an argument though as a stated before it is as good as a justified killing the government says you can't do either.

I can not help you with your problem you keep spitting the same argument out that has no substance other than because your horny and want to purchase a hooker.

ONCE AGAIN ASKED AND ANSWERED & THE TRANSACTION ISN'T THE PROBLEM IF YOU WENT BACK AND READ THE THREAD YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT!

These comments only show your personalization towards me and of your stance not being feasible.

Claims that legalization of brothels in the Netherlands increased human trafficking are not really backed up by evidence. The fact that much, if not all, of the prostitution sector has opened up makes it easier law enforcement to distinguish human trafficking from consensual prostitution. Most abuses occur in the street-walking and escort parts of the sector. These areas have little in the way of law enforcement supervision, and abuses are common. These areas of the prostitution sector are still not much more than decriminalized, lacking the protections that the brothels have. Whether or not these problems are exacerbated by legalizing brothels isn't really known

It surprises me that on this forum, even a significant number of conservatives agree to legalizing both prosititution and marijuana. The government should get with the program!

I cant possibly be upset by any of this. It is a debate topic. Post away. If you have access to the research database, getting the actual article shouldnt be a problem at all.

That's what I would hope de-criminalizing it would stop.
If only it took hope to changed things but, action is what changes things. Though I do not believe that decriminalizing it would prevent rape, it may even promote it.

Can you provide something that would substantiate that it would slow it down?
