The new definition of "Racist".

what about the masters of her ancestors? maybe this fact derives from a probable traumatic behavior disorder which passed down to new generations of blacks.crime rates of blacks have no relation with what i posted.

I blame the stupid & failed war on drugs, discriminatory laws between charges for possession/sale of crack vs. cocaine, and the residual effects of slavery, segregation, and the loss of tens of millions of manufacturing jobs.

I dislike anyone who is like that. Lord knows enough of them exist. This begs the question; why do you only single out blacks? The lions share of welfare and public aid including Federal loans goes to whites. Yet you still single out blacks for your rants?

Take a look through my posts. I have made plenty of "rants" against EVERYONE who is a serial welfare dependent. I singled out blacks in this thread because it is about racism and I have often heard racism used as an excuse for why many blacks are on welfare.

FWIW, based on % of population, blacks are very over-represented on welfare rolls. Blacks are 12.6% of the population and account for 39.7% of AFDC. Whites are 72.4% and account for 38.1%. Foodstamps. Blacks 37.2%, whites 46.2%. On average blacks get 33% of total welfare even though they are only 12% of total pop

It may come across like that and, to some degree, may be true. I do have an issue with blacks who want to blame all the ills of black culture on racism. Seeing it first hand teaching inner city kids for 10 years probably didn't help much. Nothing to make you cynical like hearing a 21 y/o female with 4 kids by 3 different fathers claim the reason she is stuck in govt housing is because od racism. Or seeing a 19 y/o 9th grader claim he can't get a decent summer job because all the employers are racists.

Reminds me of when a lady asks "does this dress make me look fat?". No, bitch! Itnis your huge ass and jelly and jelly rolls that make you look fat. The dress has nothing to do with it.

As far as "whining" and complaining...that's what I thought this forum was for ;)

Please dude, there are just as many white dudes in jail for drugs. And that is a copout. Whether you agree or disagree with drug laws, they are the laws and everyone knows it. If you choose to break them, don't blame the law when you get sent to prison. That's just another excuse for not taking responsibility for yourself

that's because anytime a black person does something very wrong, you also find a way to blame his race for the behavior.

I just wanted to drop by and say that I've never called you a racist. In fact, I even remember saying specifically to another poster that I don't believe you're a racist.

It bothers me to hear how minorities don't have the same educational opportunities. A poor black kid can get a college education with a minority scholarship (united negro college fund etc). A poor white kid doesn't have that opportunity. When my kid brother was applying for med school, the entrance requirements were lower for minority applicants. The problem isn't that the opportinities are not there, the problem is that many black kid's parents, or parent, don't encourage them to take advantage of them. This isn't 1960 anymore and George Wallace isn't standing on the steps not letting them in.

Exactly. Racism is an accurate evaluation of the behavior of a race. So it is a loaded, misused term and should no longer be used. We still allow "discriminating tastes" as a positive term, so why is "discrimination" automatically irrational and unfair? This is an example of Orwellian Newspeak. Big Brotherhood is watching you.

The definition should be marked "pejorative," because it is only used to describe something that is morally and factually wrong. But there is nothing wrong with racism. For thousands of years, it kept civilized people from being over-run by savages.

Discrimination is perfectly acceptable to when to comes to turning racist vermin like you into pariahs. You have chosen to engage in behavior that marks you as ignorant and hateful and will be judged by society as such.

Correct English would have a neutral term to describe a theory about racial inferiority. With no justification to eliminate positive meanings, "racism" is a negative term, like "superstition."
