That would be posturing and putting words in your mouth. However, what exactly should we tolerate to lower the prison population in your opinion? Illegal immigration? Child molestation?
Have you ever tried to ask yourself WHY ?
Have you ever been "down and out " ?
Have you ever had people look at you and judge in a negative manner ?
Hate is far easier than love, IMO.
And how much of that rant will you ever receive on Fox ?

Having actually watched Fox news in the past unlike most of those who voted no I would have to say their actual news is not really any different. But most of their political commentary shows are politically slanted. They do have shows where multiple sides express their views on certain issues.Personally I think this poll should have had a yes I watch Fox and it is fair and balanced and Yes I watch Fox news and not it is not fair and balanced. Libs will just regurgitate what other libs tell them instead of actually investigating whether or not the claims are true.

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

There are many things we could do to lower prison populations. For example, instead of throwing a drug addict in jail, we could actually treat the underlying disease then send him back out into to society to actually contribute to the current economy. Yes, I understand that some people will always be back in a cell no matter how much help you get them, but based on what I have seen and experienced myself, drug users tend to not be treated as having an actual science proven disease. They are normally treated as criminals and locked up for long periods of time. I have no sympathy for drug dealers, rapists, thief's, and so on. There are many people locked up today that could be getting medical attention for their crimes. Did you know that almost half of the people in prison today suffer from a major mental illness? Its really sad.

Yes but their stories they tend to cover are VERY conservative. For example, whenever I turn on fox news, half of the time they have a story about Obama breaking the constitution for political gain, using American tax dollars to campaign, going golfing during a bad economy, and so on. Now, this would be ok if they would be willing to acknowledge that every previous president in American history has bent the constitution for political gain, used American tax dollars to campaign, and went golfing during a bad economy. Its the way they convey their messages and the order in which they pick their stories. They really try to create a scandal on Obama at times I believe. Fox news is the only station where you will hear a "Obama breaks constitution to appoint consumer watchdog" story. CNN will not report this, ABC will not report, MSNBC will report it as a way to "mimic or make fun of Fox News". MSNBC is just as bad.

On a political commentary show that is what you will get. A biased political opinion.

I'd probably never watch it, but our local Fox station isn't too bad. They are the only station with a 10 o'clock news. So, I listen, then turn to CBS for 11 news, then Letterman; or we turn it off after the weather. I do not appreciate any of their national or political stuff. Their political stuff pisses me off; and yes, I have heard outright lies. Is it just me, but aren't their staff more "Barbie" like than other networks?

well Im not a lib and I watch it daily and like normal objective people, even my con friends, we all agree. Fox is obviously and clearly bias and anybody that can't figure that out is simply bias themselves and not to be taken seriously. LOL

But like you said they certainly are not alone its just this question is only about them.

Fox new is the Republican advocacy cable commentary network and MSNBC is the Democratic advocacy network.
