What grade would you give to Barack Hussein Obama?
What grade would you give to Barack Hussein Obama?
Hmm probably about a C-
Quick question was is Obama the only president people like to use his middle name? Is Hussein a scary Islamic name?

I'd give him a B/B-/C+ on all issues except for social issues.
It's the name he used when he was innaugurated. Are you ashamed of his middle name?

War on Terror- A (frankly cant imagine who or how anyone could have done better)
Commander in Chief- B (Biggest problem is no one really knows what he is doing. Maybe thats part of his 'genius')
Foreign Policy- D (What happened in Egypt? Libya? And if we are supposed to be opposing violence against citizens, what about Saudi, Syria, Bahrain? And how do you keep a straight face with your own economy in the toilet and then have the balls to tell Europe to get its **** together or blame them for your failings?)
Golf Game- C (A for number of rounds but D for quality...by all accounts his game is not at all improving)
Events Planner- A. Dood vacations like a BEAST. Gold star!!!
Social Programs- C- (generous...was going to give a D could maybe give an I for incomplete. You cant tout as an enormous success the health care plan that you played little role in creating and that wont even kick in for another 2 years)
Economy- D (Dood has doubled Bush's debt in only 3 years, unemployment is still out of sight-forget about the reported unemployment figures of 8-9%...they dont consider those that have dropped off the roles because their benefits have expired, those that have quit looking, etc. Only the biggest mindless hack would give him high marks here)
Leadership- F (Dismal failure...even democrats in congress keep scratching their heads wondering Wheres Waldo. No budget passed in his presidency. 2 month extensions at every turn. No...he isnt getting any help from EITHER party in congress...but then...as a leader THATS where you should probably start, instead of using your 4 year presidency as a platform to get re-elected. Completely vapid on the nation wide protests as he first attempted to co-opt the movement for political gain, then distanced himself)
Pandering- B...maybe even an A- (He has hit pretty much every special interest group in the last few months, just as we said he would almost a year ago. Only thing left is an official declaration on gay marriage and an amnesty Exec order...but those will stay in the vest until Im guess August time frame and he will only use them if his poll numbers are bad. other trick up the sleeve will be dropping Biden due to a mystery illness and replacing him with Hillary).
Overall- C-...maybe even a D. Wont matter...it will still be enough to get him reelected.
Well...if thats the only thing you disagree with then...happy days...but...Frankly, I don't see how what happened in Egypt really relates to Obama's performance.

Egypt has long maintained a treaty and some semblance of stability in the Middle East. Egypt was an ally, Israel is an ally, the middle east is vital to not only the US but the global economy. As a leader you have to actually take stands and positions. I know thats hard for the guy. We dont know what Egypt will look like. We cant and shouldnt dictate their outcome but we should at least have a clear voice. Thats...well...kinda the gig you sign up for when you are president.

yep...its a hard ugly world out there and sometimes you have to decide who you are going to get in bed with. that reality thing is a bitch, isnt it. How much more wonderful a world will it be when the Muslim Brotherhood seizes control, imposes sharia, reengages the persecution of women, kills gays, and allows terrorist actions against Israel? Sometimes you dont have a GREAT choice...you have to make the only wise and AVAILABLE choice.Egypt was under brutal control of a US backed dictator that allowed little to no freedom and democracy. Obama held is mouth shut and the US political system did. Egypt was brought down by the will of the people. We sold the man weapons that he used against his own people to try to throw off the revolution.
Just another hypocritical system the US supported.
Didnt say we should have stepped in or attempted to control their fate (though we did that in Libya...and then oddly NOT in Syria...curious that). Do you know what Obamas position is on Egypt? Now? then? for a while it was trumpeted as a great success...these uprisings and democracy. Now...silence...huh...why is that? Perhaps because people are getting killed there now, people are still dying by the hundreds in those other countries, etc. And again...where is the LEADERSHIP?I believe that what happened in Egypt was largely out of our control and didn't have a lot to do with American action. The Administration simply saw that the future of Egypt wasn't on Mubarak's side and decided to back the winning horse. This has little to do with actual policy or action, because don't we always say that speeches aren't policy?
