People bring up Barack Hussein Obama to make a snarky little reference to the fact his name sounds like Saddam Hussein, who was a Arab dictator, and Arabs are Muslims, and maybe Obama is a muslim, and muslims want to destroy America and it all fits together in a neat little package that maybe Obama isn't a "real" American.
It's dumb, it's immature, it's borderline racist and it's the perfect little jab, because anytime someone like me calls out the obvious, the name-callers can revert back to the script you've just recited; "Oh, it's just his name, why, are you calling me racist, don't be so sensitive, gawd, you liberals..."
There, I've said my bit. I'm done.

It's difficult to take seriously a poll that offers "The Greatest Traitor in U.S. History" as a choice.
I don’t get it. Doesn’t anyone remember ‘Lyndon Baines Johnson’, ‘John Fitzgerald Kennedy’, Franklin Delano Roosevelt’, ‘William Jefferson Clinton’…even ’George Walker Bush’…using presidents middle names has been VERY common historically. Why all the current sensitivity?
As far as Obama's grade, I'd give him a B+ taking into consideration the ****storm he walked into and the historically obstructive minority he's had to deal with. I wish that he had not continued so many of Bush's war on terror policies, but in other respects I can't see how he could have done much better.
