In its most recent disregard for the rule of law, the Obama administration spent millions of US tax dollars on lobbying the Kenyan government to make sure that abortion is put into their new constitution. Some have suggested that this was against the will of the Kenyan people. It is certainly against the law, since US law prohibits US lobbying in favor of abortion in foreign countries.

Add this to Fast and Furious, Solyndra, elements of the stimulus, the unconstitutional oil drilling ban and commission of US troops in Libya beyond constitutional limits without a congressional declaration, the question is what must be done to reign in this lawless administration? He hasn't committed a felony, and even then the precedent shows that Presidents can commit a wide range of crimes and get away with it. He hasn't committed treason. Is there anything we as Americans can do to return this administration to their constitutional and legal boundaries?

Well, we could undo the last 150 years of American history...

THIS administration? lol... how about any administration? It's the whole government. Our country is losing its rights gradually, day by day.

Crack open an American history for 20 minutes and you'll see that this is nothing new.

I don't see anything wrong with the US pushing for Kenya to adopt a constitution.

I don't see much indication from the articles I read that the US pushed the abortion provision. I find it hard to believe that the administration would be that stupid. I also don't believe Obama himself cares much about abortion either way.

I disagree, to a certain extent. I think there is a difference between taking steps to increase the power of the executive that are gray areas and outright violating the law in order to get your way because you don't have the votes or support in congress. For example, choosing not to defend DOMA is within reasonable precedent. However, choosing to spend US tax dollars lobbying for international abortion in direct violation of US law is beyond what is acceptable. This President is the wrong side of Nixon, not some new Teddy Roosevelt.

Is it really a foreign government since we all known Obama was born in Kenya?

Why would you even bring that up? I don't believe that, I know you don't believe that. It's completely irrelevant to this conversation.

Do you have a link..regarding this and if its true how much was spent etc

Is there a source to this claim?

What do you mean by "back under control"? I would assume that would mean brining the administration back to it's campaign promises and goals. I would love to see Obama stay committed to a universal healthcare bill, to have a truly transparent government and limit/eliminate lobbyists.

Constitutional or legal boundaries aside. All you can do is support lawsuits and let the courts decide. Until that happens the actions of the Obama administration are not "out of control" until the courts say so. Personal opinions do not equate to the administration being out of control.

This has been debunked so many times it's stupid to even try and address it. Conservative hacks like you don't care about the actual context of the situation and instead rely on "THINKOTEHCHILDRUN!"

First I've heard of this. Got proof?

"unconstitutional oil drilling ban"? How so?

The US is supporting Kenya adopting a constitution. We are not pushing for what it is to contain.

Someone might want to tell New Jersey representative Chris Smith and the GAO that.

You might want to check facts and not believe everything politicians tell you: U.S. GAO - Foreign Assistance: Clearer Guidance Needed on Compliance Overseas with Legislation Prohibiting Abortion-Related Lobbying

Between 2008 and 2010, U.S. officials, including the U.S. ambassador to Kenya, publicly expressed support for Kenya's constitutional reform process. GAO found no indication that U.S. officials opined on the issue of abortion publicly or attempted to influence the abortion-related provisions of the draft constitution--a finding corroborated by a key Kenyan parliamentarian who served on the committee assisting in the constitutional reform process.

wow talk about overrreacting, I hate to think what your going to be like if Obama get's re-elected but I imagine it would go something like this.
