Hell some still go after FDR.

I did not say it had helped the "economy." I said it made segments money. Energy and the military economy. They always hurt the people but it's all big corporate and they profit handsomely. Our gov't weems to be babysitting and cheerleading for big corporate. That's the problem and what OWS is about and who the media will blame whenever gov't policy does not support the corporate/big media agenda. Support big money and the media supports the president. Cancel wars and big defense contracts and promote energy conservation and the media will paint a big red target on your butt, especially if you are president. That's how long they will blame.

Trust me when I say this......if BO is gone in 2012, every conservative I know will do everything that is humanly possible to rapidly forget the epic disaster, known as the Chosen One by the leftwingers.

    Still blaming FDR ?
    LOL
And I have no love for these tea bagging extremists.
But we do need love and we do need balance.
Both seem to be in short supply, today.

I think that our economy was in trouble years ago and that someone had the cockamamie idea of deliberate budget deficits - spend our way out of a "recession".
This may have worked in the short term.

There's nothing wrong with blaming a president long after they've left office provided that you can specifically cite what they did wrong and why. I still blame long-dead Wilson in part for our current problems involving the Federal Reserve and the income tax, for instance.

Oh, Conservatives only need to blame Obama for however long it takes to undo all the damage he's done.

Then we can relegate him to the ashbin of history as our worst President...and then forget about him.

I'm looking forward to seeing the way the next Republican president is treated by the media. I unfortunately was not big into politics during the Bush presidency, so I cannot remember how he was treated at the conservative news organization Fox News. I'm willing to bet we will see a flip flop of rolls in the media...
"There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, it to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution." —John Adams
