I have always done my banking with Credit Unions and urge all my friends and family to do the same! Anyone in New Hampshire should make the switch over to Service Credit Union, such a great credit union with no fees, no minimal balances and no atm fees worldwide. Got to love it!

They didn't charge fees, in this case, a debit card fee, until government did something.

Thank Dodd Frank "reform," in particular, the Durbin Amendment.

If it took a $5 monthly charge to get you to pay better attention to your banking needs, I feel pity for you.
I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

No, I won't participate in attempting to crash the banking system which would result in total chaos.

they charge for checking accounts, money markets, paper statements too name but a few. They have become impersonal and its so hard to sit down with someone that actually makes decisions. The Big banks got sloppy!
