Inciting further racial discontent by using misleading and hateful rhetoric is almost as bad. So shame on both of them, eh?

Asking the question indicates you have already taken some steps towards its obvious answer.

Do you think that anyone elected to Congress under the TEA party banner would love to see Andre and other blacks hanging on a tree?
    If so - who, specifically?
What, specifically, makes you think so?
    Yes, and no.

There are two ways to avoid active racism. To be reflective and open-minded, or to have it forced upon you by your culture.

Our mainstream culture tends to suppress active racism. The Tea Party isn't reflective and open-minded.

The actual "hanging on the tree" image he is evoking is provocative symbolism. Personally, if I wanted to make a point like this, I would just accuse the Tea Party of being unreflective and close-minded and then elaborate on why this makes them unsuitable for public office. Provocative symbolism, however, is the official political language of the United States.

If you notice something good in yourself, give credit to God, not to yourself, but be certain the evil you commit is always your own and yours to acknowledge.

of course not, that's a waste of good rope.
The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.

Carson is just another pathetic liberal democrat nut making baseless accusations of racism about republicans just like a lot of other liberal nuts do.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

So... if not for the cultural pressures that suppress open racism, the elected members of TEA party would be openly racist?

Do you have any specific information on/from any of them that supports this, or were you simply letting your partisan bigotry slip out from under your skirt?
