It's non-member voters... they don't show up on list. Its possible some random anti-gay dude here logs out and goes on 20 different computers to just vote in this poll... that would be pretty ridiculous.
or there are a lot of O'donnal (sp?) fan's that have just tuned into DP b/c of this news.

Re: Who Was In The Right?

I never achieved a high enough status to be invited to a national tv show to plug my novels... just a couple of small-town radio shows, lol!... but I had some big-name friends who did. Their publishers even hired PR coaches to teach them how to conduct themselves in live interviews, and how to handle "gotcha" moments, like when someone decides to read an X-rated, out of context sex scene on air then ask if you base your writings on personal experience! No, I'm seriously not kidding. It's the number one gotcha used on female writers of any genre, including mystery/suspense!

Anyway, if any of my big-named friends had behaved in such a petulant, entitled manner after having been awarded the plum opportunity of national coverage, their would have been hell to pay afterward. Publishers and literary agents would be furious, and no matter how much money you make for them, the next time a nationally-aired tv show wants an interview, I guaran-damn-tee they will say that you are not available... but that so-and-so (another big-name author in their stable) is!!

She just proved herself to be exactly what so many people believed she was... a narcissistic bubble-headed bimbo.

Actually, it did happen to a liberal politician....Bill Clinton, but instead of walking out, he challenged Chris Wallace on the air.

If you had taken the time to read down a little farther, you would have seen that he realized his mistake and felt kind of silly for making it.
