Like I said...you talk about this as if you have actually given thought to it beyond...yeah...we should lift the embargo...cuz...thats wrong...but you havent.
your points are a waste of time. individual business would be free to import/export as they choose. what would that amount to? I don't know for sure, I imagine sugar and tobacco would be the trade of choice for imports but it doesn't matter. the embargo should end because it is a stupid waste of time and resources to enforce.

I find it rather comical, if not pathetic

I never change goal posts. I've been saying from the start that lifting the embargo would still leave them communist and in a position to regain their economy. Behind it all is power politics to convince them to change democracy and then leave them alone. This piece of Cuban island was an overextension of communist land. You have never given ANY piece of evidence that contradicts my statements. Let me ask you: what is interior lines?

Those who say Cuba is free to trade with they want should read up on the Helms Burton Act and what it implies.

Not a globalist at all. If I was a globalist I would promote free trade, border immigration, and debt. That is definitely not my POV. And BTW your post was a diversion tactic from my question: what is interior lines?

Really? You honestly believe the Cuban government will import US goods for sale on their economy?

Look..Ii get that my words are wasted. Talking to mindless ideologues is a waste exercise. Someone said it and you no your head like a bobblehead dog in the back window of a lowrider. No thought needed when you are blessed with other peoples talking points

I know we would import goods like sugar and tobacco. It is not hard to see us exporting some goods, like car parts for example. you ever seen pictures of all the late model American cars still in operation there?

if these are your words, we don't need to enforce an embargo when a defacto one would exist.

I agree with him that talking with you is rather a waste of time.
