Then how did under Clinton were all these jobs created with the "Clinton tax hikes"? Those "tax hikes" seemed not to hurt the economy at all.. .

The economic tsunami known as The Computer and Internet Age........while tax hikes did slow it down........that was still one big wave.......

Lets see here 3rd parties especially small ones like the DSUSA have two choices either run a candidate and get like .3% of the vote or endorse someone. Who would they endorse John McCain or Barack Obama. They endorse the "lesser of two evils" like people do all the time who are not Dem or Republican like myself. Does that mean Barack Obama is a socialist? No. Obama has proven himself to be a Right leaning moderate...

The majority of people in this country who constantly pine for socialism are

1) eccentric geniuses who grew up many many years ago

2) naive college kids who have not raised families or run businesses etc

Im still having trouble believing that the Internet and Computers created over 22 million jobs in less than 8 years...
You have any proof that your claim is true? (i doubt you do sense every time i ask for proof to you you also go around and never show any)

I think you would be surprised that there are a good amount of socialists in this country. And just because we dont have people in power (only a few) does not mean there are only these 2 "category" of people are socialist..
 
I could see cutting the corporate rate to less than Ireland's, but only if some major loopholes were closed. As for individual rates, I'm not convinced that will increase employment. It sure didn't in the 2000s.
 
indeed - we should adopt Canada's rate, with no loopholes, and dividends written down and then taxed as capital gains (or, dividends not being subject to capital gains tax, which might work better) instead of being double-taxed.
