I had planned on going to the BWCA in northern Minnesota next week for some fishing.
the problem is, with the state shut down, they have decided that the issuing of licenses is non-essential, while enforcement of licenses remains essential. (to make them look irreplaceable IMO)
So would you:
1 cancel the trip
2 go anyway. don't fish, but enjoy the wilderness
3 screw them. fish illegally and if fined, ignore it/fight it
4 screw them. fish illegally and if fined, pay it.
