    Oh, sure. But that requires regulation. The thing is, a corporation is not a thing that can pay taxes; it is a thing that people pay taxes for. We already tax all of the money that comes out of the corporation, whether in wages or profits, and we already tax all of the money that goes in to the corporation. Trying to tax the money while it's still inside the corporation accomplishes the same results as increasing those taxes individually, except that it is more complicated and thus less efficient.

    It's the ultimate in "feel good" legislation that does more harm than good.

    Unfortunately, I was unable to vote as my answer was not available. Should GE pay taxes. My answer is no, but not because they found some loophole. They should not pay as no company should pay taxes.
