I supported McCain until about after a week he announced Palin as his running mate. Either he miserably failed in judgement or he gave into the pressure of the party. Either way, it was weak. But I admire John McCain. He was and is a good and honorable man in my opinion. Politicians of all walks could learn from him. But, then again, Carter was a good and honorable man too. You see what that got us.

I'll vote for Palin. If anyone were to guarantee Obama a victory I'm sure it's her.

So. You honest-to-God believe that your neighborhood is representative of the universal neighborhood?

the "hood" vote generally stays at home on election day. obama and his lying "hope and change" crap got everyone worked up.
watch and see. let's see if the hood community bothers with election day in 2012. every black person i talk to see obama as just
one more lying ass politician now. and i said the "negro hood". and yes....i've lived in 4 different cities...and they're pretty
much all the same. i guess we'll see in 2012 whether i'm right or wrong.

I can think up of several ways to refute your statement:
1)Obama doesn't get all his votes from the Africans. Latinos, White, Asian, all types of people vote for him
2)Yes, we'll see in 2012 whether you're right or wrong. With Romney or Huntsman, Obama might not win, but with Bachmann or Palin, Obama will win with an overwhelming majority. They disgust not only the left establishment, but also the moderates and the moderate Republicans.
3)You generalize too much. You're saying that the "hood" doesn't vote. You do have statistics to support that, don't you?
4)You claim you lived in four different cities, but did you ever mention that they had a large black "hood" population, or did you ever saw many of them call Obama a "lying ass politician". In your dreams, big boy.
5)You said every "black" person you talk to hates Obama. For all we know, you could have talked to 1 African person, or a hundred African Republicans.

Besides that, I can think up of five more ways to refute your statement, but I have other posts to make. Hope this satisfies you (although through experience, I know that you'll continue to insult Obama and ignore evidence pointing to that the Republicans will surely lose if Palin or Bachmann are nominated). That's the way with most extreme conservatives. Logical thinking and absorbtion of evidence is obsolete to them. Fiery, illogical, blabbering rheatoric makes perfect sense to them.

I agree there isn't going to be the big turnout for him in 2012 as there was in 2008, not just the black vote but the fickle 'youth vote' as well. He was a 'novelty' then, but no more. I do think he will still win, though, because the Republicans will manage to run someone who can't turn out their vote, either, and I don't think they want the White House anyway, and will focus on Congressional and Senate races. Many are going to stay home this time, not just Democrats.

There is nothing in your above statement that changes your ignorance, your statement was ignorant based on its verbiage not anything of substance that you OPINION brought you to believe.

The fact that you are even unaware of way people think its ignorant is hilarious and VERY telling and it just further cements the fact. LMAO

Also to someone as bias and nonobjective as you, your opinion means very little to anyone. In fact when you dont like what I have to say or desperately try a failed attack on me it makes me happy because it assures that Im posting properly. It adds evidence to me being an objective poster.

For certain opponents, such as Bachman, there are people who would rally up to ensure they didn't get elected, even if that means voting for Obama. If Bachman wins the Republican nomination, Obama's unofficial campaign could easily be, "at least I'm not her" and show how Christian conservative she is. That could easily convince people like me, who fall in the middle, or atheists, or homosexuals, or anyone who doesn't want to see Christian values as a major part of the law to vote for him just to ensure she isn't President, whether they actually like him or not.
