I don’t know what that place is.

To me, it is an example of what one can possible expect when attempting to usher in an age of communism, so in that vein, communists have to accept it as a plausible mutation.

State ideology of North Korea Juche - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Incompatible with even the 'communism' of the Warsaw pact countries due to its fixation with race.

Yes, it is communist. If you want to make a more specific term for what they are, sure.
The term communism has become much more broad since the late 1950s, not just Carl Marx's/etc. specific plan.

North Korea has a command economy, but it shares nothing else with communism. The USSR could at least pretend to be the transition to a stateless society, but North Korea is basically a monarchy run by a kingpriest.

North Korea is nothing at all like communism as Marx described it, or really any of the socialist thinkers. It has a lot in common with Soviet style socialism, but the important bit there isn't the socialism, it's the brutal police state.

Yeah, Hitler was a communist. That's why when the Reichstag building was burned down, he blamed it on them, and then used that as an excuse to ban them as a political party.

I'm not talking about the things they did. You're just using the term wrong. Mao, Pol Pot, and Stalin at least described themselves as communists, even if they had pretty much nothing in common with Marx.

Re: Is North Korea a communistic State?

North Korea essentially has a single successful company. The owners are doing very well. Kind of like Ford was when it had its own police force etc. Definitely not communistic, much worse than that.
