You know as well as anyone that 70% or more of Americans profess to believe "that book" in some fashion. Why are you asking a question to which you know the answer? Or is it just another opportunity to use one of your favorite derogatory hate-phrases about religion?

I don't care if the woman is lying or crazy I'd never vote for her. Guess what? Most people wouldn't. Most Republicans wouldn't. If she was ugly as a mud fence and was exceedingly bright the press would hardly cover her and she wouldn't be yet another born again bimbo pimping Jesus in order to get elected.

There's a trend here. A segment - most assuredly not the majority - of conservatives is for whatever reason fixated on a certain type of woman. The press plays that segment like a fine guitar. Fox and Drudge run the Christian bimbo for President stories when there's no story. Why? Ratings. Some people just eat that stuff up.

Bachmann doesn't have a chance, not even a little one.

And on another note: Gracious, Mr. Wallace.

Wallace, who pressed her on a series of inconsistencies and gaffes in her past public remarks, then asked, "Are you a flake?"

Taken aback, Bachmann responded "that would be insulting to say something like that," and listed a series of personal, professional and political accomplishments.

In a Wallace Unplugged segment later, the Fox News host acknowledged that the network had received complaints and apologized. "I didn't mean any disrespect," he said.

Flash in the pan, darlin'. She's attractive and her name and face appear often in the news. Bachmann likes it like that. The most dangerous place in the world is in between Bachmann and a camera. She's a Fox babe for the time being and she's enjoying the ride.

The Libbos are afraid of Bachman, just like you're afraid of Palin.

good on him for having the grace to apologize, too bad it wasn't on-air; and too bad he didn't demonstrate the ability to phrase that question better live.

Do they? Perhaps. But then again, I'm not exactly a supporter of most candidates. I would hope they would stay away from campaigning in churches.

Well, I'm a Christian, and I know you're not talking about me. So you must be talking about you. Right?
