    Simple question

With all the focus on gay marriage lately I have one simple question for you.

Would you be more comfortable leaving your children in the unsupervised care of a gay couple or a catholic priest.

    Depends entirely on the individual.

    Re: Simple question

Even though I am against gay marriage and think Catholicism is nothing more than paganism I would be indifferent to the choice because of the fact I would not leave my kids to anyone I did not trust and the fact that the vast majority of catholic priests and homosexuals are not pedophiles.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

I would not leave my child unsupervised with people I didn't know. I don't know any catholic priests.

I would only leave my children in the care of someone I knew and trusted. It wouldn't matter to me what their religion or sexual orientation happened to be.

    LOL

Neither - I don't let other people I don't know watch my kids . . . shoot - I even stopped letting my other mother watch the kids becaues they filled their heads with crap.

    Re: Simple question

I'd leave them with a gay catholic priest.

Either way, I'd be uncomfortable, to a degree; what James says is true, of course.
The so-called "gays" receive far too much press and time.
We should be focusing on the debt and "jobs".

Probably a catholic priest. I don't want my kids coming back to my house picking apart our interior decorating scheme.
