Minnesota's liberalism is fake. You're protected by your cold climate. Minorities won't live there in huge numbers. If they did, you wouldn't be so liberal, let me assure you.

First of all, I haven't spent most of my adult life in Minnesota. I've lived all over the world, and I just moved back here after living in Tucson for a while. Are there no minorities there either?

Second, Minneapolis has the largest Somali population in the country. We also have a surprising number of Mexicans, Muong, and black people. I'd say we know a thing or two.

You are insulated and you don't seem to know a thing about other places in the country, let alone the world. You're also willing to make the fairly broad assumption that everyone else is as insulated as you.

Perhaps if you were less insulated you'd be less afraid of minorities.

I voted for disband. Government is a necessary evil, unfortunately. But the US government is beyond repair. Eventually, it'll collapse or there will be civil war. All things come to an end.

That could never happen. They had from 1949 to 1992 to unite. While they did manage to work together in the case of the Korean War, which was a true disaster for the Chinese, from the perspective of its cost in human life, they quarreled a lot, and missed the opportunity. Today, it's an irrelevant contingency to ponder.
 
I say we conquere Mexico since they all want to be American anyway. Then go in and take Canada over. Then we go loot all of those we have given so much aid to over the years. We exit NATO, UN, etc.. After that we refuse to intervene in any other world matters unless we are attacked or threatened. If we are, we do not go in, occupy, then rebuild. Rather we totally anilahate any enemies, burn their country to the ground and kill their population. Then we return home with whatever loot we can.
 
In case you guys missed it...the world came to an end on May 21st. All of this is a moot issue.

Hellz, yeah, Dog. Let's conquer Mexico, steel their oil, and take over their tropical tourist-vacation industry. The Mexicans can keep working agricultural fields, in the meantime. Hellz, yeah.
