Yes, he should resign - it would be the dignified thing to do. This type of behavior is so juvenile - something teenagers do who don't know any better. Weiner is 45 years old not some 12 year old girl. He SAYS he's taking responsibility but not by ultimately taking responsibility. A person with scruples, any shred of class would just come out and admit it, say his resignation is immediate and that's it.
