I dunno, some lizards are dangerous.

So follow me into the desert
    As desperate as you are
Where the moon is glued to a picture of heaven
And all the little pigs have God

It looks more lizard like than the proper one.

Seriously, I'm an environmentalist and all, so I support being aware of stuff like this, but lizards are tough creatures, as long as they have sunlight, rocks and bugs, they tend to survive, and human presence means more bugs, and more areas for them to hide, so I can't see this being a problem unless they introduce another type of lizard, **** with chemicals in the food chain, or start the Lizarcaust and deport them all to North Dakota.

Re: Will a lizard stop oil production?

The lizard's land areas are growing as we speak. The Ogallala under ground reservoir has dried up in Texas. Ranchers can't grow grass. They've been slaughtering cattle like crazy. T-bones are $4.99/lb, Top Sirloin is $3.99/lb, and the prices continue to drop. Beef is flooding the market. Dust bowl dust storms are in the forecast. Lizards like these conditions and will be able to spread pretty much throughout central and south Texas as well as in the west.

Speaking of wells in the west, how much oil do they think that they are going to find out there. That area is the home of the rich Texas oil men of a bygone era. It was pumped dry after drilling for three decades (50-60-70's).

Let the lizards move to central Texas now that it's reverting back to being a desert. Then, go out and drill to your hearts content. I wouldn't want to hire on with any company that thought that it was going to be successful by drilling for oil in west Texas.
