Some people think Elvis is alive and living with Tupac and Biggy. Hypotheticals of what random people think isn't exactly relevant. Unless you have someone specific you're speaking about and have a specific comment by said individuals suggesting Natural = Normal.

Your 2nd and 3rd sentences don't illuminate what they respond to.
