I get incredibly uncomfortable in that position.

It depends on the offense. Drunk driving sure. Speeding on the highway probably not. Speeding in the neighborhood yes.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

I vote YES only in some severe cases and huge violation of traffic rules.

Yeah, I would report the cop who was going 15 past the speed limit and cut across 3 lanes of interstate traffic without using his blinker I would only report serious or major traffic violations. I would maybe report the guy who cuts everyone off without a blinker as well because well... He deserves a ticket.

Yes, if they were actually likely to cause an accident or hurt someone.

Depends, a lot of traffic laws are completely arbitrary or outright illogical.

Where someone is clearly reckless, I suppose I would, otherwise I wouldn't.

Edit: I would report every single person going under the speed limit.
It's so distasteful that they are not punished as equally, for being a vital component in creating car accidents, as those that supposedly speed.

What your perception of safe is, may not be the same for another.
Think of granny and how she would report every soul, going 5 under the speed limit, as dangerous animals.

How would you prove that with photographic evidence???

Examples? Parking on the corner of the road, for example, makes a lot of sense in an urban environment. Red lights? Obstructing crosswalks? Parking in traffic lanes? Wrong way on a one-way road? No helmet on children riding on a scooter? Any of those not make sense?

Video evidence can often show this too. Here, you can submit that to traffic police. I hate bus drivers who drive 5 cm off your rear bumber at 90 kph
