Why Is Discrimination Against Ugly People A Fact of Life?

With race and sex and so on being tops on the discrimination list why is facial appearance ignored? Isn't part of it defining ugly?

Because our govt does not have a history of discriminating against people who are ugly
 
Evolution.

But if you're ugly and smart, you can discriminate on the dumb and beautiful. Brains are just as much, if not more of an advantage than beauty. Especially because beauty fades.

And if you're smart enough you can get you a cute wife and have better looking kids than you, and hopefully just as smart.
 
Why can't short people shop at grocery stores?
 
Why wear make up, why dress nice, why use deodorant, why comb hair? Let's go back to Woodstock!!

thats easy cause its subjective and theres no history of it in any meaningful way.
