An addendum.

I agree with this and I like your title = "Paradise Stolen" - because wasting / stealing the money was a part of it but what we truly lost is not so much the money as we lost and wasted the paradise.

The term "Capitalism" is not found in the US Constitution because there was no such word at that time, and the term "Capitalism" was first used in the middle of the 19th century and did not become popular until the early mid 20th century and it was misused then just to counter the idea of "Communism" because Communism wanted to end the racial divide and end inequality so the USA was not going to have that.

Capitalism was never a true system as it now pretends to be, because it was only used to describe what was already going on in the USA based on the old slave Plantation economy, where all the profits go to the top - to the Capital.

Our economic system of Capitalism is based on greed and exploitation that serves the top and screws the bottom.

And failed miserably.
That is a point of shame to the USA that we failed to end the racial divide and end inequality.

That we resisted Communism for that reason is a cause for our shame and it is despicable.

It is praiseworthy that Communism did try to end the racial divide and end inequality in the USA, even though it did fail based on our white resistance.

I was referring to any country that tried communism. If you think that communism ended inequality in Russia then think again.

You are forever trying to mislead every discussion, and this is really about the USA, where we could have had a true paradise but our greed and lust and brutality has polluted the entire place.

The end to racial prejudice and social injustice has been offered to the USA many times and it is repeatedly rejected by generation after generation.
