I don't generally assume that the military is made up of tyrants. Especially when so many of them are motivated by a desire to protect that liberty. Honestly, making policy based on such far fetched hypothetical situations is just silly.

The U.S. military aren't happy campers with Obama as their Cn'C.

Obama's personal military comparable to Hitler's SS is the Department of Homeland Security. Why do you think the DHS is purchasing 1.6 billion rounds of small arms ammunition ? Even Congress wants to know. Even I want to know. You should too.

That's what I think the original agenda was. Just not to take them off the market but to drive up the cost of ammunition.

Back in 2009 the scuttlebutt was that Obama would be targeting ammunition. Most thought he would try to tax it.

Need a lawyer to chime in, if one is buying up a commodity to drive up the price, is that legal ?

I disagree that this could never happen. With anti-gun legislation and the citizens being under constant surveillance, and both of these methods of subjugating the citizens progressing, I do not see this as being that far out of a possibility. Many things that are happening now could progress into 1984 type policies. I believe the masses are asleep, and will not realize what is happening until it is too late. However, I think that it will take a very long time to get to this point, and I hope it is out of my lifetime. It is also at least equally likely that it will never happen, but it is possible.
