I've had it a number of times. The problem is that it needs to be prepared correctly. Some people have cooked it that used far too much saffron. If they do, it's effectively ruined.

its just rice with some safran, some fish and many sea fruits (mussels, calamar, shrimps...)

I used to have it every year on my birthday. it was my favorite dish. My family would cook it for me, with rice and vegetables and shrimp and crab claws and sausage.
I don't have it anymore though because I'm a vegetarian now. I haven't had it in many years. I remember how good it was, though.
