OPINION - Let’s not debate violent video games’ mental impact, again | Opinion | dailytoreador.com

I have a great deal of respect for the police. Especially those who have fallen defending innocent people. Many police officers I know play video games themselves but it seems like some people haven't caught up with the times.

Are people like Phil Chalmers and Lt Col Dave Grossman to blame? Many police departments invite them to speak.

Dear Phil Chalmers: - Hitherto Unexplored.

Phil Chalmers's "Inside the Mind of a Teen Killer" is one of the most ridiculous books I've ever read - Stop Asking Where I'm From Stop Asking Where I'm From

Police who are prejudiced against African Americans is a problem but police officers who are prejudiced against against video games. Gimmie a break!

It would be more accurate to say World of Warcraft is a really ****ty game that dumbed down everything good about MMOs. It is also a very violent game, with players killing very large numbers of people, other intelligent species, and animals.

Kill a hundred rats to get level two. Kill a hundred large rats to get level three. Kill a hundred huge rats to get level four. Kill a hundred dire rats to get level five. Kill a hundred zombie rats to get level six....

Nah, no violence.
