Flew into Florida today. The Trump plane lands shortly after, he's coming in for a rally apparently. Does the whole motorcade thing, finally gets going and I think he's done getting in my way for the day. Go to get some food after getting to the hotel, the rally is on TV. Cheering from Trump fans, it is a bar after all.

But this post isn't about Trump, or his motorcade, or even Trump's supporters. Those things are minor annoyances in another day at a job that is mostly sequential annoyances interspersed with boredom.

No, this post is about what I witnessed five or six people do

This tells me that everybody, E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y has a cell phone/camera nowadays, and they'll take a picture of anything and everything.

So when someone gets caught, like some idiot athlete or politician, doing something stupid on camera I have NO sympathy. You got to be a F'ing moron to do stupid things in public now. Someone will see you and record the stupid act. It's as certain as the sun coming up in the East.

I got into the "document everything" lifestyle for about two years, camcordered a lot of my life, and have not looked at any of it in 20 years. My brother said that the tapes might already be very degraded in quality. Ya, I got enough to do living life, I have no interests in pics most of the time. Food pics for my food blog being the exception, sort of, but even here I tend to not do a lot.

Boredom? Self importance? Because it is expected?

IDK, I dont get it.

Bought a new phone on Saturday

As the guy was transferring all my data and stuff over, he looked at the pictures stored...I had just over 30....mostly my wife, my dog, and my grandson

He made a comment that I probably use the camera less than just about anyone else
