Sometimes life is so quiet or bland, which lets some people say that life without challenges is rather meaningless. In contrast, for some people, immediate fun is the priority so challenges are not what they would like to accept.
How about you? Do you savor challenges?

Everyday is a challenge.... if you think about it.

Living your life according to the word of God is about as hard as anything.

Yep. Overcoming challenges is a major part of life for me. Without them, I get fat and lazy. Current list of challenges get me out of bed around 5 AM, on weekdays, and put me to bed by 10PM. Basically they drive me to be the best I can be.

I agree but would simply just drop the "according to the word of god" from your statement and replace it with "to your fullest potential."

i was always told to look for a job that challenged me....

could be physically challenging, or mentally...or both

but my grandfather told me it would keep my interest in either case

and if i liked it, then that made it even better

i took those words to heed....and have always enjoyed challenging positions

i am never bored....always learning, and always trying to get better at what i do

it has probably led to the successes that i have enjoyed....

Depends.... I have seen health and personal circumstances make a difference, although plenty of physically disadvantaged people seem able to cope with extremely challenging jobs, still people who are under emotional stress or illness can find a "challenge" something better avoided in case it puts them over the edge.

When I'm fit, I can face Goliath. When I'm not, I can turn on Goliath and tell him to *&%^& off.

Every day contains work based challenges, some extremely challenging, unpredictable and unexpected. Dealing with them is an acquired technique. After a while, challenge is normal and it's as boring as anything else.

prefer things to be stimulating
not necessarily challenging

Some of us seek a challenge as fun, or put challenge in their fun. I used to climb mountains and when I did I was always pushing the envelope. As a sailor I was always trying to improve my sailing skills. I believe it is a major part of our make up to improve on our lot and to grown. I mean even pot heads strike to find the best weed

Without challenges, life in general would be boring.

Not too many mind you, or it will seem a constant struggle. A few, to keep the mind sharp and..... what was I saying?

Loves me some challenges. I always have. The harder the better.
