This may be a good a place as any to ask this lawyer question.

What can a concerned friend to to get her lawyer to revisit her will or estate plan? My friend put a friend of hers to be her trustee and the major beneficiary on her will. He attempted to prevent her from having visitors and she later accused him of hitting her. The authorities stepped in. Reports were filed on the behavior of the trustee. I really believe this guy should be removed as beneficiary from her will and he manipulated her. What do you think? The big question though is how can I convince my friend's attorney to revisit her will? She can no longer articulate and can not explain things. She also is under conservatorship. When she was able to do so she did mention she wanted this guy to be removed. But by the time her attorney and trust attorney met with her she no longer could articulate.

Does it look as though this guy will still inherit her properties?
