Privacy on the road, in newer cars, is disappearing.
Exactly what I was thinking. I plan to keep driving my old honda til it will go no further. Then maybe get her rebuilt lol.Makes older cars more appealing.

And that black box that won't be seen unless you are in a nasty accident could be the thing that proves you were not at fault.
That "black box" is called an SDM, or Supplimental Deployment Module. It is the small computer that decides when and which airbags to deploy. I have removed them from vehicles while being video recorded by insurance adjusters. But it does "talk" to other modules, and can transmit thru satellite systems.
