Lets hear your animals weird actions! :D I'll start.

My cat "talks" to flies before trying to pounce on them. He'll be sitting there looking at the fly and you can hear several little meows come out and then he pounces. So funny to watch!

My cats are both normal, darnit.
Dh used to tell me about his cat from when he lived as a Wildman in Louisiana, out in the sticks, and it would sing a series of meows as he walked toward the woodline to hunt. He said you could hear him all the way on his trek toward the woods.

The old cat that we had who died a few years ago, was a manx cat, and a badass SOB on the mouse population, but when he was just a kitten, my hair was long, and he'd sleep curled up in it, on the pillow beside me. He was the coolest cat I've ever met. Loved the guy like a brother.

I have a dog who smiles (her mouth literally curves upwards as it gets closer to the cheeks), she's a little chihuahua.

Her brother jumped out of the car when the window was down and he has a turkey neck now (they're so dumb). LMFAO

My cocker spaniel, Roy, watches tv. If it has any animals with four legs, particularly dogs and horses, or a ball game of any sort. He'll watch an entire episode of Lassie.

He loves to play frisbie and catch with his tennis balls, so he loves watching any sort of sports on tv that involves a ball. When the ball is thrown, whether it's football or baseball or even golf, he'll stand up, wag his tail, and bark. If he gets really excited, he'll hop off the sofa and run up to the tv to bark at close range. It's pretty cute (but noisy). He'll watch even a cartoon with dogs, if it's realistic enough.

Pia's tail is possessed. She'll wave it erratically while trying to bite it. She chases it somewhat like a dog.

My dad's cat, who I had for a while after he died (turns out Pia just has to be an only kitty, so my dad's cat got adopted by a great lady), used to eat her food by stabbing chunks of it with her claws and licking it off. Like a fork.

My parents' dog liked to play "keep-away". He'd fetch the ball and drop it just out of reach. As soon as you got close to picking it up, he'd grab it, run just out of reach and drop it, daring you you to try again. The only way to win was not to play.

Before my wife and I were married, she had a roommate who had a cat. He liked to lay on top of the refrigerator and swat at people when they opened the door. Maybe he thought we all needed to lose weight. :lamo
