Coming back to reality for just a brief moment, Politically Correct speech IS the Left. Without the free speech suppression of Liberal political correctness, there wouldn't even be a modern Democrat party.

meanwhile, those on the right have their knickers in a twist because the players will no longer be able to use the N word without penalty. that's what you are defending ... the ability for players to use the N word without penalty? the reich wing is truly running on empty

Furthermore, it's not even the white guys talking the **** - it's the black guys calling one another nigger and such.

Who cares really - talking smack and giving guys the "business" is what pro sports is about - it's about getting guys off their mental game.

Blacks call each other nigger, it seems to be part of the culture. Why should a bunch of rich white guys tell them to change the way they speak to each other. It seems the only ones offended are the white owners themselves.

As a rule there is so much noise in a stadium you can't hear what is said on the field and this is football not a chess match. Besides that the owners are also talking about banning the word in the locker room although I'm not sure how they would enforce that. I don't understand why black men want to use the word but apparently they do so who am I (or the all white owners) to tell them how to speak to each other.
 
Wait for the first instance of black on black "friendly" use of the N-word - as in "nice catch N-word" being flagged (or intentionally ignored). Since the NFL players are 70% black will this penalty be enforced in that "friendly" situation? I that suspect the real intent of this N-word rule is to penalize only "racist" whites using the N-word yet that can never be the official NFL written policy.

I don't agree with the rule change (if it's adopted) but we can please stop with the white male victim mentality? It's a bunch of bull****. Cracker doesn't have the same history or impact that nigger does.

Irrelevant - now you want to gauge how much impact one word has over another... based on what? I also don't agree with any rule change... this is supposed to be a mans sport, this PC BS might as well resort to NFL players putting on pink tu-tu's, lacy satin dancing shoes and be required to skip up and down the field tapping each other with plastic wands instead of tackling each other.

I just used that to make a point that the N word is very selective. The real point though is that it's blacks themselves using this word among themselves.
