WASHINGTON — Here comes the ObamaCare tax bill.
The cost of President Obama’s massive health-care law will hit Americans in 2014 as new taxes pile up on their insurance premiums and on their income-tax bills.
Most insurers aren’t advertising the ObamaCare taxes that are added on to premiums, opting instead to discretely pass them on to customers while quietly lobbying lawmakers for a break.

This is the democrats baby, id love to see them defend it.

I think we are going to see an increase in Democrat citizens, those who believed the Obama spin and sell job, going back to thinking about their personal wallets.

Obamacare will continue to lose support and any Democrat politician who continues to support it is going to fear for his job.

Kind of like corporate taxes. Consumers pay those by paying a little more for their goods and services.

It's not like corporate taxes at all. People have the ability to choose what goods and services they want to buy...or choose to NOT buy goods and services that they don't want to buy.

Obamacare stands that notion on its ear and everyone will be paying these taxes whether they want to or not.

Exactly. And when corporations fail to supply a valued product they go under to be replaced by a better model.

But not the govt-when it fails it raises taxes.

Yes, there is that difference. But with both, it is the consumer that pays the taxes.

Just before Oct 1 there were a couple of folks on this site acting like Eddie Murphy doing the Ice Cream skit...laughin about their Health care they got their health care and you are jelly cuz you have to pay for it...

and then...depression set in...

Now they are still doing the Eddie Murphy bit but they have moved on to the part where the ice cream fell on the ground....and **** aint so funny anymore.

It is unfortunate that long ago it became clear to know what Obama is doing is to listen to what he says, figure he is going to do 100% the opposite, and then you know the truth.

So how are they going to put the price increase on us when we have a price cap at 2 or 4% of pay????

See, YOU dont really understand things.

And the fact that greed has no limit, if you give them more, all thye do is take it. If you tax them, then it sticks.

Believe me, just like Obama cannot lower sea levels, he cannot flout the laws of economics.

Fees and taxes on corporations always get paid by the consumer and wealthy people always find ways of avoiding taxes.

Well, not really since coporate income taxes are paid on net income. You must be thinking about sales taxes.

Actually, he's doing exactly what he said he was going to do.

He promised social justice, wealth redistribution, single payer health care, run energy companies out of business, the list goes on. He promised a Communist nightmare and we're well on our way.
