Tennessee insurance commissioner: Obamacare exchange 'very near collapse'

I cant begin to tell you how your arrogance isnt going to work. I am sure someone can teach you to google but your posting of selective crap does not a crisis on my part make.

When someone teaches you to google, maybe you can back up your claims. Until then we are going to have to go with the only evidence on the table. And you came to the party empty handed. Again.

you want me to prove your lies are lies? You being too lazy to learn how to google is really the problem.

your post would be honest if you also mentioned insurers joining the exchange. your post is a classic right wing selective lie

your comments are the snark given new insurers joining the ACA, you are trying for a pretend reality that is just that.....pretend

nope, not at all close to the truth

name calling is what you do when you know you are wrong.

You haven't even made an attempt to present or support an argument. You're just chirping from the sidelines.

You don't really understand how debate works do you. You claimed companies are joining in Tennessee. Prove it.

You still haven't said anything on this topic.

The exchange is near collapse in Alaska too. We are down to one insurer, and rates went have gone up by over 30% each of the last two years.

What are you talking about? This isn't remotely true.

Yes it is.

Yes it is.

Insurance companies are mandated to insure "10 essential benefits," prohibited from excluding anyone for pre-existing conditions, prohibited from applying an annual or lifetime benefit cap, have an 80/20 rule limiting how much of their revenue they can keep, and have countless other new regulations with which to comply. How is that "giving more control to companies" relative to previously?

We appear to agree the system is not working, but it's not all the fault of those "greedy companies," it's the non-functioning dynamic that exists between government entitling people to health care, mandating they buy insurance, but leaving it largely to the private sector to produce a lot of the goods and services, without significant direct price controls. It's a cop-out to just conclude "it's greed." That informs no sort of intelligent policy discussion whatsoever.

I have no desire to educate people that post selective lies. Go ahead and educate yourself and quit trying to blame your failings on me.

I'm the one educating you as to what debate is. You're not engaging in it. So that begs the question, what are you doing here?

This has to be the worst attempt to weasel out of failing I've ever seen.

"Hey you posted lies!!"
"Okay, prove where I'm wrong..."
"I don't' need to you need to go find where I'm right and post it!"
"That's not how it works, it's your claim back it up or retract your comments"
"Nu uh! YOU have to prove that I am right!"

The forum stares on in disbelief...

i am here to point out how dishonest this thread is

You can't claim something is dishonest if you CANNOT PROVE your point. You have made claims, have so far failed to produce ANYTHING to say you are correct and are demanding we prove your point for you.

That's no how it works sport.
